Yes. We provide curated Bedroom Furniture Packages and coordinating sets to simplify creating a harmonious space. Each piece is selected to work together in style and function.
Are your products suitable for small spaces?
Many of our items, such as Console Tables, Bar Carts, and Bedside Tables, are designed with proportion and versatility in mind, making them ideal for both spacious rooms and compact living areas.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
We offer two clear, reliable services:
1. Standard Express Shipping – A flat fee of $12.95 AUD via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for faster, tracked delivery.
2. Complimentary Home Delivery – Free on all orders over $50 AUD via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for cost-effective, economy service.
How long does order processing take?
Each order is meticulously prepared in 1-2 business days. We take great care in packing every item—from delicate Candle Holders to substantial Bar Cabinets—to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver globally with the exception of some remote locations and specific areas in Asia. Your cart will automatically reflect any shipping restrictions during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
What should I do upon delivery?
We recommend inspecting your items promptly. Each piece is packaged with utmost care to protect its quality. If you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is paramount. If any item does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your delivery. We aim to make this process straightforward and effortless.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene reasons, Cushions and Bedding items are final sale unless faulty. All other furniture and décor items are eligible for return within the 15-day window.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
For items that are faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.

Account & Services

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favourites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.
Do you offer interior design advice?
While we do not offer formal design services, our collections are curated to work harmoniously together. Feel free to explore our Bedroom Furniture Packages or Dining sets for cohesive inspiration.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are not currently available, but we are considering this for the future. In the meantime, our Art Prints and Decorative Objects make wonderful, thoughtful gifts.
