Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our curated pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. Our policy is designed to be as seamless as our design aesthetic—straightforward and built on trust.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, protective covers, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: To preserve quality and hygiene, certain personal and curated items cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our product range, this includes:
  • Candles, Candle Holders & Fragrances (for safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Bedroom Furniture Packages (if the package has been opened or any item from the set has been used). Individual items from a package may be returned if sealed and unused.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order items (including special-order Art Prints or furniture).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original, undamaged packaging with all included materials. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 5 business days) to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then notify you via email about the status of your request.

Refunds & Credits

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
    • 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: For size or colour exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. If the desired item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), international returns are accepted under the same policy conditions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping duties, taxes, and customs fees. We recommend using a trackable and insured service like DHL or FedEx for your return shipment.
