    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS.
    • Cost: Free (on eligible orders).
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and lasting beauty of every piece in our collection. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not align perfectly with your vision. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
  • Be repackaged in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags, protective covers, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

To preserve quality, safety, and hygiene, certain personal and curated items in our range cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our product collection, this includes:

  • Candles, Candle Holders & Fragrances: Excluded for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Bedroom Furniture Packages: If the package has been opened or any item from the set has been used. (Individual, sealed, and unused items from a package may be returned.)
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: This includes special-order Art Prints or furniture crafted to your specifications.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item. You may use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Please repack the item securely in its original packaging with all materials. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx), as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Ship to Our Address: Send your return package to:

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 5 business days) to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then notify you via email regarding the status of your request.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Upon Approval of Your Return:

  • Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: For size or colour exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

For International Customers:

International returns are accepted under the same policy conditions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping duties, taxes, and customs fees. We recommend using a trackable and insured service like DHL or FedEx. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
