We emphasise transparency, customer care, and a seamless journey from browsing to delivery.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in the currency displayed (e.g., AUD, USD) and are inclusive of GST but exclude international duties/taxes. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Methods:

• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Complimentary via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Eligibility Period: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Conditions: Item must be in original, unused, unassembled condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive an RMA number and instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is securely packaged and sent with a trackable service.
